In May I wrote that Eva Lai is the winner of the ellesse 50th anniversary design competition. And I found out only today that there has been some confusion. Eva Lai was the competition exclusively for the London Fashion College. At the brand's 50th anniversary party in Rome the winner of the international competition were announced: The winning design is by 31-year-old Korean photographer Yang Yoo-Jin entitled ‘Put On Tennis’. And this great tennis dress on the photo (the one that won the London Fashion College competition) was made up at the event in Rome. Fantastic!
